The renter must be present for the duration of the event. Only the areas included in your rental may be used. Please treat the venue, furnishings, games, and décor with care.

Everything You Need For Your Event
Rental Time
Rentals are available between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM.
Minimum rental is 3 hours.
Your rental includes 15 minutes before your reserved time for setup and 15 minutes after for cleanup.
Additional time must be reserved in advance when available.
A late fee of $40 per 15-minute increment will be charged for exceeding your rental time.
Setup & Cleanup
Remove all personal belongings, decorations, food, and trash before leaving.
Return tables, chairs, and furnishings to their original locations unless otherwise instructed.
Leave the venue in the same condition in which it was received.
Cleaning fees may apply if additional cleaning is required.
Decorations
No nails, screws, staples, tacks, or permanent adhesives.
Hanging anything on walls is prohibited.
No glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, flower petals, smoke effects, or similar materials unless approved in advance, in writing.
Open flames are prohibited except enclosed candles approved by management in writing.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and catering are welcome.
Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must comply with all applicable laws.
The renter is responsible for cleaning food and beverage spills promptly.
Furniture & Equipment
Do not drag tables or furniture across the floors.
Do not remove venue furnishings from the property.
Please supervise children while using the game room and shared equipment.
Noise
Please be respectful of neighboring businesses.
Music must remain at a reasonable volume.
No DJs or amplified outdoor sound without prior approval.
Parking
Park only in designated parking areas.
Do not block driveways, neighboring businesses, fire lanes, or accessible parking.
Safety
No smoking or vaping inside the building.
No illegal drugs or unlawful activity.
No firearms or weapons except as permitted by law.
Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.
Pets
No pets or animals are permitted except trained service animals as defined by law.
Service animals are welcome. Please notify management 24 hours in advance if service animals will be present.
Damages
The renter is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or attendees during the rental period.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged as necessary.
Insurance
Proof of one-day event liability insurance is required before your event.
Right to End an Event
Management reserves the right to end an event without refund if these rules are violated or if unsafe, illegal, or destructive behavior occurs.
